I was absolutely floored by that remark. 3 hours later I had purchased a 2017 RAM 1500 with the options I wanted, brand new, from Finch, less than 500 metres up the road, for less than the used 2016 I was looking at. I will stop into South West and show my new truck to their General Manager! What a useless dealership More

In the four months of looking at cars locally I’ve experienced some odd (even unethical) tactics from dealerships, and truth be told, current reviews almost swayed me to inquire about a car they had available. Despite my reservations, I did reach out and thank goodness! From the get-go Fred Mago went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist me throughout the process – even to the point of offering to meet me with the vehicle if the drive from Oakville to London was too far! There were no pressure tactics or surprises on the bill of sale, and after deciding to move forward with purchasing the vehicle the quality of care did not change. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, and very fairly priced. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony Ficca, John Allen & Dean Zimmermann throughout the process; who were all excellent. If I had to go through this process again I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from South West Chrysler Dodge Inc.! More
