I purchased a 2023 Kia Niro PHEV on April 22nd, 2025. The car is still under its original warranty. Further, I purchased an extended warranty at a cost of $2000. All told, the car, plus the warranty, The car is still under its original warranty. Further, I purchased an extended warranty at a cost of $2000. All told, the car, plus the warranty, cost approximately $36000. The first time I started the car post-delivery, I was met by a "service required" warning. Within three weeks, the air circulation fan malfunctioned. First there was a loud clicking sound, and now the fan only works intermittently. When I took the car to be serviced at South Trail Kia in Calgary, they claimed they could find no issue with the fan, despite the fact that the fan does not work. Rather than fix the malfunctioning fan, I was charged $90 for a still broken fan, and wasted an entire day waiting for the service to be completed. I think I can be forgive, therefore, if I consider your warranty fraudulent. Your service providers are incentivized to NOT FIX warranty issues. Kia has attempted to scam me with a broken vehicle and a fraudulent warranty. More

I bought a used 2019 Lexus RX350 here last year. Still they didn't fix the panoramic sunroof problems with not working at all from test drive before I bought. Even thought mor than a month sitting parts on repair shop. While they finally offer me to fix at the Lexus dealer one week later, due to there shop was busy till 3weeks more. Just before reservation day(Confirmed by Lexus dealer at 8:45am), they contact me they cancel my reservation without any consent. I still didn't get notice from Lexus anything. More than one month their repair shop and Lexus dealer for fixing other problems from my mechanic checked same day what I bought. 3 times stall after refueling. While I got 'sales manager's word', "the car doesn't problem till next reservation" and they told me to towing their dealer my expense, right after I left dealer to drive 20Km. I didn't receive any reimburse my Uber either same day back to my home, what they told me to cover. They couldn't deal properly to customer at all. Sales Manager keep change what he told me, GM(Owner) didn't contact me from 6 hours waiting at the Kia Dealer to discuss this problems last week. More
