This has been the most positive experience buying a new vehicle to date. This was my fourteenth new vehicle purchase over the years and I have never had this kind of exceptional service before. Rashelle Ganske was my sales person and was a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel comfortable and is very approachable. She welcomed me and made me feel like a guest in her home and not another potential sale. Rashelle went as far as taking my truck and washed it before I decided to even purchase. Above and beyond !! Thank you Rashelle. Jared Moulds (subprime finance manager) was managing my application and started the process right away and again made this a simple process with my current credit challange. Within only a few hours Jared managed a great lending rate and did the transfer of registration of my new vehicle. The next day when I went to pick up my new car Jared surprised me with an even lower lending rate as he renegotiated with the lending after I was approved. Above and beyond!! These two people made this whole process fun and exciting as buying new vehicle should be. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle ask for Rashelle and Jared for a great buying experience!! Horrible service if you aren't buying! I came in looking at a used car. The salesman was very nice, helpful and informative. I test drove it, and left a $500 CASH deposit. The salesperson DID inform me that if you dicker from the sticker price, that the $499 administrative fee would be added after the new price was decided on. Since the Manager was only willing to lower the price $1000...I would only benefit $500.00. (not enough to make we want to buy this car!!) I decided against this deal, but instead of giving me CASH back, they stated the money would be returned by cheque. Ok fine then. The salesperson told me the cheque was ready and upon going to pick it up several hours later, it was not. I waited around in the seating area for 20 mins while the receptionist tried figure out where the cheque was, and then I was told it was not ready. I leave, annoyed and frustrated. So I text the salesperson the next day asking if he can notify me when the cheque would be ready and go to pick it up later. Upon pickup THIS time, they have my name spelled wrong. I mention it to reception..her advice is to try to cash it and see if they let it go thru. Another day, another trip back to Hyundai to pick up the cheque with my name spelled correctly!! It took 3 trips to make it right, and their attitude is so nonchalant, Moral of the story..dont give cash, don't deal here. The deals aren't great and if you choose not to buy, you are treated like dirt. It started off positive and ended with a bad taste in my mouth. More

I would never purchase from here again. When I picked up my new car they gave me the wrong car! I took it back the next morning so I could get the correct one with the turbo and the remote start app. Then t my new car they gave me the wrong car! I also had to wait another week for them to get one in stock. When I picked it up it had not been pre delivery inspected nor detailed. It had the correct engine but still no remote starter app. As I live in Calgary I asked about having a remote starter and again I had to pay for that as well even though the salesperson stated it had it. I asked repeatedly if they could compensate me in some way and was always given a polite "sorry" but would not do anything. Insult to injury, I was told when I purchased that oil changes were every 8000kms because the vehicle uses synthetic oil. That was apparently "an oversight" by them and they are required every 6000km and now require a special fuel additive which was also never divulged or in any of the paperwork. Absolutely horrible experience. I would give zero stars if it was an option More

After purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, I went back to Alvin for service help that I could not get from the dealer I bought the car from. Alvin was most helpful in getting my Bluelink working. As a result of his willingness to help, I decided to use South Trail Hyundai for service. They are currently set up on my bluelink as my service provider. So thankyou Alvin for your help. I love the way Bluelink works. I look forward in doing further business with South Trail Hyundai.
