Not recommended . They overcharge their customers for service adding MISC charges and shop charges, this is an addition to the labour charge and parts. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Tim was excellent showing us every feature of the car. Worked within our budget. I bought a used 2014 Ford Explorer with low mileage. As soon as I drove it home - (the day I drove it home - I live almost 2 hours away) trim started flying off on the highway. I called them and they As soon as I drove it home - (the day I drove it home - I live almost 2 hours away) trim started flying off on the highway. I called them and they asked me to bring it back in. However after sitting in their dealership for 2 hours they said they didn’t have the parts and to bring it back. In total I was in that dealership at least 4+ times to have nothing fixed. Found out it had been owned by one of their salesman - it had been in an accident (UNREPORTED). They knew this and used some friend of the salesman to have it repaired – NOT a body shop. They used "zip ties" to hold the metal fly plate to the frame and nothing was aligned (doors etc.). Every time I drove it something else flew off. I had it inspected at a Ford dealership and found out it had been in an accident and the repairs were poorly done (I have all the paperwork for this) They tried to slip this through their dealership without acknowledging the accident and extensive damage underneath. It was actually dangerous to drive with everything falling off. It has taken 5 months for them to buy back the vehicle from me. And they now have the Explorer back on their lot again for sale again to some other unsuspecting person! (The sales manager Vinh actually told me I should re-sell it myself – I said I have some morals!) I have now waited over a week and still no payment - not one penny! They do NOT return my calls either. Not sure you can sell a car you haven't even paid for but I guess they are that unprofessional and unethical they will try. I have been very patient and polite – in the dealership and on the phone but that doesn't seem to work. I have now filed two AMVIC complaints and a third one possibly coming? More
