It sounds like there was a miscommunication about the terms of our service package, and we want to make sure you receive what was promised. We have no issue with following Toyota maintenance schedule and items, but this visit was simple to get our 1st oil change at the stated mileage, and the agreement from your dealership was free oil changes and so not sure why we had to pay $80 for an oil change. If you want to make this right, then honour what was promised and refund us for the $80 charge.
