This guy breaks the stereotype of 'car salesman' and really just loves doing what he's doing. It is apparent with how great he was to work with! I've had previous car salesmen who have looked me over, judged me, refused me a test-drive, essentially they treated me like a degenerate. I suppose young appearing women aren't supposed to buy cars on their own... Those experiences left me with a pretty awful taste in my mouth for car shopping. This was the case until I found Chris to work with on shopping for cars. I don't feel self conscious, judged, or overly pressured at all while working with him. I plan to bring all my future work to Chris and I plan on recommending all my friends/family to do so as well. Who would have thought! Car sales can have ethics! More

I bought rims, winter tires and a 2013 Corolla from South Pointe Toyota in the fall of 2013 and they put my hub caps on the new rims. This year they won't put the hub caps on because they say they do South Pointe Toyota in the fall of 2013 and they put my hub caps on the new rims. This year they won't put the hub caps on because they say they don't fit. They fit last year on the rims so why don't they fit this year??? I would never of bought the rims if I couldn't put on my hub caps. I have tried to get this issue resolved since November and no one gets back to me. I have sent emails and several phone messages.
