Micheal Servous did return my call 2 e-mails, a phone message, and a letter to TOYOTA Canada approximately two weeks later. The matter between South Pointe Toyota can not be resolved as Michael Servous does not care about satisfying the Toyota customer. All Micheal Servous is interested in selling rental cars, and insurance for hertz. Michael Servous is very unprofessional and is in no way a fine example of a service Manager or ambassador for Toyota. In fact Michael Servous basically put a $17.95 price tag on me. My business was not worth $17.95 to him or South Pointe Toyota. Now doesn't that say a lot about South Point Toyota, not to mention Toyota in general. So if they won't service your vehicle why would you buy one from here? One star only to post the review Tha name says it all Going SOUTH and that's a POINTE More

We went in for our appointment and Sam had the truck all ready. Very curteous and engaging.we got more than a fair deal on the highlander. We went to go see Corey for the paperwork and money. He up sold me in the warranty, and gave us a great deal. We picked up the vehicle the next day. Everything went very smooth. All this over a used car to a guy who can barely be bothered to get dressed properly. Great job guys. Also, I should add, the 2 days I was there, EVERYONE in the dealership we passed said Hi and asked if we had been helped. More

Disgusting treatment from all involved! In finance, Rob Chapman forgot to sign the Bill of Sale and offered no apology after an additional visit to the dealership (via the bus!!) was required for his signature. The General Manager Brian Schmidt offered only a generic letter of apology for his rude staff and refused to forward me requested vehicle information, despite being contacted by Toyota Canada's Customer Service department regarding his, and his staff's, unacceptable actions. Unfortunately my previous vehicle's engine blew up and I was desperate for a vehicle which is the only reason I tolerated this belittling service. More
