Before I visited Lockwood I had done a lot of homework about the new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted to purchase. So when I walked through their doors I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted (not certa about the new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted to purchase. So when I walked through their doors I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted (not certain about the colour but we worked that out) and I knew the "numbers" associated with my purchase. Upon meeting sales associate Mil Radenkovic I told him that if we were going to do a deal it would be a straight up no nonsense, no games approach. Mil readily agreed and that's exactly how the whole purchase process went start to finish. Mil laid out and explained the deal in a clear understandable manner. I'm a very detailed kind of guy and I had a lot of questions. Mil always took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Mil spent a lot of time with me making sure that I was comfortable about my purchase. He is very knowledgable about his products and explained all the features and benefits - even some I didn't know about!. And yes I did go to other dealers to compare but in the end I came back to Lockwood because of the excellent sales service from Mil and the great price! The real test is would I buy another vehicle from Mil and Lockwood and would I recommend them? Yes on both counts. Lee More

I bought a used truck from Mil and it was a great experience with no complaints. At first I was looking at a different truck but someone else bought it before I could and they didnt have anything els experience with no complaints. Before my purchase I went to alot of other dealers looking for a good deal, good customer service and the right truck. I did find other trucks i liked but as soon as you told them you wanted to think about it, they tried to push you into the deal right then and there. Mil did not do that at all. My husband and I were looking for a car that have a lot of room for our son's stroller, Family/Friends, and groceries because our car (VW Jetta) did not have lots of room. We decided to go car shopping, and we looked at ( Ford Edge, Chevy Equinox, GMC Acadia) a lot of cars that was to expensive or not enough room for stroller, groceries, etc. We came to Lockwood Chrysler and looked around and Mil Radenkovic came and helped us find what we were looking for. We told him what we wanted like lots of room, seven seater but also can fold down to make more room. He showed us the Journeys and can't believe how much room there was. He took us inside and checked out all the compartments and we loved it as soon as Mil showed us the hidden compartments and it sits seven people comfortably. My son loves it when we go in the car because he could sit in his car seat and see lots of cars, people, buildings etc... Mil was an awesome salesperson and would definitely recommend him to my Family and Friends. More

I purchased my first car from a Chrysler Dealer in my area 3 years ago. I can only explain it one way...WORST DEALER SERVICE EVER!! Nothing but issues with the van and we had no help from the dealer. Had issues with it from day one and the sales staff said "go talk to service". I knew right there I was done with this Chrysler dealer and I thought I was done with Chrysler. It was horrible from the beginning to the end. I had told myself that I would never buy a Chrysler vehicle again until I went to Lockwood Chrysler. I dealt with Mil Radenkovic and Ib Rauf. They reassured me that the service at their dealership was one of the best in Ontario....and they were right. The transaction was quick and painless. They had the van that I wanted on the lot and Mil showed me all the features on van. He told me about the safety features on the new model which were very important to me. We took it for a long test drive as well. He was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable with the new vehicle. To me he did a great job. So did Ib with all the services he offered me. I really appreciate what they did for me BUT I told them that I would only see them for the test drive and the pickup of the vehicle. My thing is that I am all about service. They introduced me to Jocelyn and Jon. Jocelyn calls me every 90 days to remind me that I have an appointment on the vehicle for servicing. Jon is always very friendly and always says hi to me every time I come in. The best part was Mil called me a couple weeks after I picked up my vehicle just to ask me how the van is. I never got that before. I will defiantly be back for another product from Chrysler when the time comes and will always recommend Ib, Mil, Jocelyn and Jon. Keep up the good work. More
