He knew the features of the vehicle and understood what I was looking for. He was recommended by my sister and brother who bought their Dodge Journey from him. My daughter and son-in-law also bought a vehicle from the same dealership with a different sales rep and had the same great experience. I was also very impressed with Trent Flack who took me through my credit check to signing the papers on the vehicle. Explained everything thoroughly. Was I impressed with the staff? Absolutely.
