Why I came back I had previously dealt with Lockwood and had been happy until 2009 when I tried to buy a van but was put off by the salesman and went elsewhere. This time the salesman was most helpful and re established my relationship with the company. Assuming the service department is still as good as ever, I will be happy to stay with Lockwood for the foreseeable future. More

Once the deal was done, i dealt with the F&I guy and he did not oversell me like others in the past. He was honest and explained all implications of my final decisions. These guys know there stuff, start with them and if you don't buy from them, you will certainly walk away knowing more than you first started. More

Even if there was a local Chrysler dealership in town, I was impressed at the service, price and overall experience. Purchased my new vehicle on a Tuesday and I was able to pick it up and leave with it 3 da was impressed at the service, price and overall experience. I contacted Lockwood Chrysler via email as a result of an advertisement in www.autotrader.ca. Much to my surprise, I received a response from Scott Pymm of Lockwood Chrysler Fiat within 24 hours. Arrangements were made to visit the dealership and arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival at Lockwood Chrysler, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Normally walking into a dealership it feels as if sales representatives are all eager to leech onto you. I simply received a "Good morning, Is there anything I can help you with?". What a wonderful change! For such a large dealership, Lockwood Chrysler is very friendly, from the staff, to the product specialists, to Trent who was another wonderful help. Thank you all for making my purchase such an enjoyable experience (as it should be). I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will definitely return for my next purchase. I travelled 50km to get to Lockwood Chrysler even though there are 20 other Chrysler dealerships within my area; this speaks volumes. More

We purchase a grand caravan from Peter in December. Peter was good. This van was one year old. We were terribly disappointed to see how poorly the interior was cleaned. The rear cup holders had dried liquid in every one (milk maybe). The front change tray, cup holders and shelf were dirty too. I would say they gave the car the lightest wipe down at best. The holders in the doors and the glove boxes were dirty. Finger prints were all over the outside of the ceiling DVD player. Its white so it is very obvious. Also found some sticky stuff on one of the back seats and in a very obvious place. It was never touched. Finally one of the tires was below pressure as the tire light came on the first day! Lets just say that we felt once we signed the paper work and the deal was done, the dealership was done. The "detail" we were told would come never did. I was told i had to wait 3 extra days after purchase so you could detail and get it ready!!!! Unfortunately after I called and complained I was kind of snuffed off. I could bring it in and drop off the vehicle for a day and they will try to get to it. So for me taking out 3 installed kids seats and bringing the car back in with no commitment if i would be waiting a hour or all day made it better for us to do the dirty work our selves. We have 3 young kids and no other vehicle that can fit them. We needed a vehicle that we could use heavily right away. Anyway, who inspects these vehicles before a customer pickup? More
