The reason we keep coming back is that the purchase experiences have not been stressful and the subsequent vehicle service has been, with a few exceptions, excellent. Alanna had followed up with us from a previous inquiry whereby we indicated that we might be interested in replacing our 2012 Dodge Journey with a new model, and, she had accurately recalled our preferences and requirements. The ensuing purchase of our 2014 Journey was handled by Alanna, Patrick and Ibby with no sweat on our part and a high degree of satisfaction with the deal. We will be back to say high when we come in for the Journey's service (the coffee is excellent!) and, probably, in a couple of years for our next purchase. I was happy with the car they had for me, I was happy with the work the dealership tried to help me with financing considering my credit problem I've had recently. Non the less, both Alanna and Ibby were very helpful to work with me and get me into my new car in a very resonable time frame upoon purchase of the car. I was very pleased when I mentioned to Ibby that I am a supplier for Chrysler that he was able to upgrade my warrenty package to a gold plan. I thought the service dept did a great job in prepping my car with the rust protection and the detailing of the overall call both inside and out. I drove away feeling confident and had no issues being on the road since I picked it up on 5/17. I would recommend anyone else looking for a new/used car whether it be a chrysler/dodge/jeep or any other car they have on the lot. The people at Lockwood Chrysler are very good people to work and deal with. More
