I Had been in to the dealership and talked to Scott a few times about Jeeps, but did not make a decision right away. Scott was very knowledgeable about the features, and professional and courteous in passing on the information. I was never made to feel pressured in to a decision, and actually missed out on one great deal because of my own indecision. In the end, Scott and the management team put together a great deal for me on a vehicle that actually suited me more, so I am very happy. I worked through the final papers with Ibby Rauf, who is also extremely personable and professional. My vehicle was detailed and stored inside so that I could see it in pristine condition at pick up time, and Scott walked me over to parts to grab a set of rubber mats, where I met Klaus, another very pleasant and professional member of the South Oakville Chrysler team. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Fiat product head in to this dealership and check them out for yourself.
