Incompetence of the service techs cost me my warranty repair Had this problem on my car since 60,xxx (had 100,xxx warranty) where when I would hit a minimal bump I would hear a noise, brought the car in maybe 6 Had this problem on my car since 60,xxx (had 100,xxx warranty) where when I would hit a minimal bump I would hear a noise, brought the car in maybe 6 times and each time they would replace the bushing but the noise would go away for a day or so and come back. After my warranty expired I brought it in one more time and the mechanics diagnosed that the sway bar was shifted to the side and was making the knocking noise, but they would not cover it under the warranty. I made the point that the noise was documented before 100,xxx and each time they said it was the bushing when it clearly was not; but still they would not cover it. At this time there is no point in trying to get them to cover it so I wanted to write this review so people know when they are deciding whether to bring their car into this dealership. Incompetence of the service tech shouldn't mean I have to pay out of pocket for a on-going problem with my vehicle. More
