Outstanding customer service for a tourist with car trouble. Our family was away for the weekend on Feb 4, 2017 when our SUV started leaking oil and within minutes it stopped completely. It was Saturday and with Our family was away for the weekend on Feb 4, 2017 when our SUV started leaking oil and within minutes it stopped completely. It was Saturday and with not many garages open this dealership had us tow her vehicle here and looked at it. They determined it needed to be seen by another local dealership but not until the Monday morning. There was a broken seal between the transmission and the engine and the cost to repair was major. This dealership did all the legwork between the dealerships and even had our SUV taken there for us. They did this at no cost to us and never even hinted at a charge. We really appreciate what they did for us and would have had no idea what to do without them. We would gladly drive the 5 hours to buy a car from them. They went above and beyond for a family they had never even met. Thank you so much. More

Anthony was apologetic and offered a free detailed cleaning on first service. my point is if your buying a NEW car $10K or $500K it should look brand new. But I will point out Sales rep and manager and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. 5 stars would have been given if the truck looked brand NEW, sorry. More

My first 2 vehicles purchased Andy serviced at this location even though I was living downtown Toronto at the time. I couldn't pass up on the excellent customer service. It was worth every km.
