Well I see they still have the same service manager..... great reviews on the “SALES END” and hey I actually don’t mind their vehicles...UNTIL YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED!!! but man their service guy get him great reviews on the “SALES END” and hey I actually don’t mind their vehicles...UNTIL YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED!!! but man their service guy get him out of there! The absolute worst in customer service.... and because of that guy we have now traded in our Nissan! And because of him I will never EVER buy a Nissan again! I still can’t get my head around WHY they still have him around.....people like that give your BRAND NISSAN a bad rap! See ya NISSAN! More

The worst dealership I have dealt with This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the high pressure sales tactics to the horrendous scam of a service department, I will NEVE This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the high pressure sales tactics to the horrendous scam of a service department, I will NEVER deal with them or Nissan/Infiniti ever again. I was literally ripped off and told I needed work I did not need a few times by the service department before I wised up and started going elsewhere. The service department and manager (Stuart) also refused to honour my Nissan platinum warranty unless I agreed to pay an administration fee to get the work done first. The work was fully covered under the warranty but South London Infiniti wanted to charge me an extra administration fee. The reason as per Stuart, the Service Manager - because I did not give them enough service work anymore. As noted above, the reason for that is because I had been ripped off before and started going elsewhere for general service work. More

THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! brought my Nissan Sentra in to have an oil change. In their attempt to check the filter the broke the tabs on my wife’s air intake. Stuart take a walk next door and have the people at Toyotatown give you a tour of what real professionals do! And ya this isn’t the end of it! I implore people do not take your vehicles to these lackeys! Cause that’s what they are! Absolutely brutal! You’d think with suck a poor rating they would be going over backwards for people! I guess they need to pay for their Reno’s somehow eh? One star your lucky to get... they should be offering negative stars! Love the brochure by the way 10,10 or will make it right! Whatever!!!!!!!!!
