As it was a cash deal, and given I am a mature car nut who does his homework, I was looking for a simple, drama-free transaction. From the outset, Devon was great to work with, asking all the right questions and getting straight to work to locate the unit I was seeking. Devon kept me informed and secured a great, honest quote the first time. Justin in the Business Office was courteous and professional. I was impressed by his presentation of the various protection options and his acceptance without pressure of my decision to decline the options. Absolutely none of that post-deal upsell pressure nonsense. Finally, the delivery specialist Emma was very professional in leading my wife and I though all the essential points of the car ( including pairing both mobiles), ensuring we were comfortable before we left the dealership.
