What I really liked was that they all were excellent with giving him the info he needed and it made me smile that they helped him out without making him feel like he didn't know his stuff, we've all been the new kids before and I was impressed by how the others jumped in to help out. I communicated with Matt H via email prior to coming into the dealership and then Alex was our salesman. Justin in the finance department was excellent as well! All the staff we dealt with from setting up the test drive to buying floor mats in the parts department were all first class. Kudos to the entire staff at South Centre VW. I am definitely impressed and I will be back for sure. More
