Matt came out and greeted myself and my girlfriend. Very friendly and easy going. Asked all the right questions and was not pushy at all. Told me to go home think about what I want to do and give him a call whenever I make a decision. In that moment I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. I had gone to many dealers around the city, test drove many cars but the one thing that really put me off buying from them was the pushy, used car salesmen type from TV. I genuinely didn't care what car I bought, once it was brand new, had a good reliable engine, had a good warranty and had a back-up camera. But the thing I find most important when making big purchases is the customer service. I wanted to be able to trust the salesman in helping me make an expensive purchase. That is what set Matt and South Centre VW apart from the other dealers in Calgary.
