As soon as I walked in a was greeted with a smile, my salesman Kyle was super nice and wasn't pushy about getting me into just any car. He listened to what I wanted out of the vehicle and what I didn't want. He did a fabulous job of finding what they had in stock in my budget with the features I wanted. On the test drives he pointed out features that I didn't even know I would like and some I didn't even know existed, his product knowledge was impeccable. Very pleasant time shopping at South Centre VW. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and come back when I'm due for a new vehicle. More

Buyer Beware!! Our purchase experience with the dealership was good we bought two cars within a 4 month period, the issues begun once we had to take our cars in for Our purchase experience with the dealership was good we bought two cars within a 4 month period, the issues begun once we had to take our cars in for service...our second car we bought had damage to it that the dealership tried to cover up and when we called them out on it we were basically told too bad...after many emails and phone calls eventually they agreed to "fix" it...still not 100% but not much more we can do ourselves...the latest is our screen cracked on our touchscreen entertainment system and have been told it's not covered by warranty...somehow when you touch your touchscreen and it cracks without any force behind it they still consider it outside forces...not only did they treat us like we took a hammer to it but did nothing to help us out and put information now into the vw system that it was caused by us on purpose so no dealership will even help us out...I've heard nothing but bad things about this dealership and I thought everyone else was wrong since we had such a great experience buying our vehicles...will NEVER go there again for anything!!! AWFUL!!! More
