Horrible experience filled with games and lies! Do no waste your time with this dealer, the service was horrible and I was lied to repeatedly. I sent an enquiry about a vehicle they had on their website on 09/15/17 asking if they would give a lower sale price than advertised. Someone named Zach Holt replied to me in a timely manner identifying himself as a customer comminucation specialist. I was told yes they were open to offers and negotiation but they wanted me to make an offer. I made an offer as they requested and I heard nothing back. I figured they may be busy, but after no response for 3 hours I sent another email asking if there was any decision. I didn't hear anything for 5 days and when Zach did reply he simply said that he had given the offer to the sales manager and he should have gotten back to me, in the event that I had not received a reply I should let him know and he would contact the sales manager and get him to contact me right away. I communicated to Zach that I was disappointed in the lack of concern or contact for 5 days and that I shouldn't have to beg a dealership to respond to me. He told me that he had just contacted the sales manager again to see where they stood on my offer and he would get back to me right away, this was again another lie as it is now 11 days later and they haven't cared to respond at all. With so many dealerships to choose from who are eager to offer excellent service to earn your business, save yourself the headaches and do business elsewhere. More
