They would NOT give me a price for my trade, a 2019 Cadillac XT4 with full load. After 3 hours, we managed to escape. Since then they have been calling, but thanks to call display, we don’t answer. They have left messages about finfing the colour we wanted, and we never said. By the way, the next day we went down the street to Mike Fair Cadillac and, after a very pleasant hour and a half, had reached a deal on a new XT4 in a nice colour combination, with a perfect list of options. The only reason this dealer received a one star is because we could not give it a zero. This is the shadiest new car dealer I have every dealt with. First, they had to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealer which I was fine with but then told me I had to pay for the paint protection because it was added at the other dealer at a cost $1250. Don’t believe that for a minute as they just said that to scam more money out of us. Charged us $199 for wheel locks when the Hyundai Canada priced installed is $104.23. Then they registered the vehicle prior to our inspection which I gave specific instructions not to. When we went to pick up the vehicle they were still cleaning it and there was a paint run in the tailgate from the factory. Conveniently, on the side they didn’t have clean yet when we showed up there was a paint chip in the rear driver side door they tried to cover up with a paint pen. I was assured by our sale person Cheyenne that this would all be taken care of. It has been 7 weeks and I still have not heard from them despite us calling, emailing and texting. Tried to contact the manager Jason Low and he couldn’t even be bothered to take the time to call us back. Then to top it all off when we got home and went to lock the vehicle it wouldn’t lock. Who thinks of checking the door locks before you drive off. I will from now on. Well the vehicle has been at Kingston Hyundai since 2 July and wasn’t fixed until 16 August. When Kingston Hyundai contacted them on our behalf they said we are Kingston Hyundai customers and it is theirs and Hyundai Canada’s problems to sort out. We were told there was no way this vehicle should have been sold as it would not have passed PDI with the issue with the locks as it came from the factory with this defect. Then yesterday the transmission had a catastrophic failure with only 1183 km and the ETA for a replacement is 25 November. This is our 6th new Hyundai and I have to say if this was the first it would be our last. Smiths Falls Hyundai is the slimiest most dishonest new car dealer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Stay far away from them and trust nothing they tell you. Lesson learned. The hard way. At least now it is at a reputable service department where we will get the service we expect from Hyundai. More

Can't get a straight answer regarding recurring problem with battery discharging due to external devices and what happens when the warranty expires. This will be the third time that the car will be in fo with battery discharging due to external devices and what happens when the warranty expires. This will be the third time that the car will be in for the same problem. The first time the battery was flat and it was at 4:00 a.m. after returning from a vacation. Was damaged cold in March. They used to be a service dealership but now only interested in charging for unnecessary items. More
They tried to raise the price of our deal. They made a mistake and are making this process very difficult. Nothing but lies, we have proof of this on paper. Finance Department is an unorganized joke, management can’t keep their stories straight! If you want a good honest experience buying a vehicle, don’t go to SMITHS FALLS HYUNDAI! We would be happy to just get our deposit back and buy elsewhere at this point. More

When it comes to an honest dealership Smith Falls Hyundai is it. We went to another Hyundai dealership and didn’t get the honesty or respect. We were made to feel very comfortable and important at Smith Falls Hyundai. We didn’t have to negotiate for the amount on are trade in or the cost of the new vehicle we purchased. We worked with Chyanne Drysdale. She is very personable. You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about vehicles. She explained everything to us about the inside and outside of the vehicle. We didn’t have to negotiate but she is willing to do whatever she can to make everything work out. On top of Chyanne being so great the rest of the staff were also great. It was the most unstressed car buying experience we ever had. We will definitely going back in the future. More
