Accommodating We purchased a 2016 Trail Edition 4 Runner, which had a problem with the satellite radio, which was identified prior to my husband leaving the dealers We purchased a 2016 Trail Edition 4 Runner, which had a problem with the satellite radio, which was identified prior to my husband leaving the dealership. The service department took it in immediately to see if they could fix the problem, 3 days later it was determined that a new radio had to be ordered-one would have been swapped with a vehicle on the lot, but there was not one matching our vehicle. We left the vehicle at the dealership until the radio arrived, but upon finding the delivery time for the radio to be a few weeks, we were delivered a loaner vehicle. We had planned a vacation for the period of time when the radio would be replaced, so Silverwood arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport in our new vehicle and return the loaner. It's disappointing to purchase a new vehicle that has a part that is not working correctly, but Silverwood was still able to make this a positive experience for us! Our next 4 Runner will definitely come from Jason again! More

Fantastic service! I recently had 2 recalls serviced at Silverwood. I was met at the service dept. with a smiling, happy to be there gentleman with a "servant's attitude I recently had 2 recalls serviced at Silverwood. Great Customer Service!!! I had only stopped by for an oil change at Silverwood's quicklube service and was prepared for a bit of a wait as I was third in line.
