Buyers Beware! This dealership sold me a 2014 Sequoia Platinum. I paid top dollar and when I got it found out it had been in an accident. It had a manufacturer defec This dealership sold me a 2014 Sequoia Platinum. I paid top dollar and when I got it found out it had been in an accident. It had a manufacturer defect discovered a month after purchasing after they charged me for a new air filter as it had a recall they forgot to address before selling causeing water to get into the air filter and freeze. The General Manager told me I was unreasonable in my demands of a new vehicle or fix it immediately. It took 2 years to fix this defect and over 30 appointments to the dealership and body shop diagnose and fix damages and paint car from damage caused by employees. I approached the service manager when picking up my car and discovering the entire dash broken and paint missing from the door frame and got told "you can't prove we did it." I have tried for 28months to get these damages fixed taking days off work and spending thousands of dollars in fuel, just to end up with their shop door dropped on my car and drug accross the top while they continued to back it out under the door and $4000 worth of damages that they originally offered to take to a body shop and offered to send a driver to bring me a loaner and pick up my car. Once in possession of my vehicle Danny Ulmer General Manager refused to let it go to a body shop and told me they would fix it to his satisfaction. I took it into insurance after they let me have my car back "fixed" to Danny's satisfaction and the damages assessed at almost $4000. They are dishonest, unethical, unprofessional. With no morals or values. Danny took advantage of the fact that during this battle I had lost a total of 7 close family members and my stepmom battling stage 3 cancer! I am a mom of 4 busy children very involved in sports. Not to mention I babysit out of my home. I have lost work because I have had to take days off for appointments because the dealership was unable to accommodate my schedule. I requested Danny himself personally make sure from the start to look over my vehicle before it left the shop and he couldn't be bothered. Now that I have taken to social media (Facebook) Danny requested me not step foot in his dealership before first making arrangements with him. He also keeps deleting my Facebook review and many others negative reviews. I have received messages from hundreds of customers with similar experiences and many former employees who have horrible stories to share about the way this dealership conducts business. Disgusting! More

Accommodating We purchased a 2016 Trail Edition 4 Runner, which had a problem with the satellite radio, which was identified prior to my husband leaving the dealers We purchased a 2016 Trail Edition 4 Runner, which had a problem with the satellite radio, which was identified prior to my husband leaving the dealership. The service department took it in immediately to see if they could fix the problem, 3 days later it was determined that a new radio had to be ordered-one would have been swapped with a vehicle on the lot, but there was not one matching our vehicle. We left the vehicle at the dealership until the radio arrived, but upon finding the delivery time for the radio to be a few weeks, we were delivered a loaner vehicle. We had planned a vacation for the period of time when the radio would be replaced, so Silverwood arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport in our new vehicle and return the loaner. It's disappointing to purchase a new vehicle that has a part that is not working correctly, but Silverwood was still able to make this a positive experience for us! Our next 4 Runner will definitely come from Jason again! More
Fantastic service! I recently had 2 recalls serviced at Silverwood. I was met at the service dept. with a smiling, happy to be there gentleman with a "servant's attitude I recently had 2 recalls serviced at Silverwood. I was met at the service dept. with a smiling, happy to be there gentleman with a "servant's attitude!" He was a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant and welcoming.
