I would never consider going anywhere else. The atmosphere is refreshing ... especially in today's decline in 'service' of any kind. Everyone at this location has always gone well over and beyond the definition of 'service' and with that I feel totally safe in my Mazda. Thank you for the opportunity to express my appreciation. I was insilted terribly by Arash Akhlaghi the fixed director that my body was shaking for about 45 min. He insulted me and told me I explained 17,000 times my car problems! He called me "Kowli" whic director that my body was shaking for about 45 min. He insulted me and told me I explained 17,000 times my car problems! He called me "Kowli" which is not a good nsme in Farsi. He told me don't come here again this is a perdonal business and zi don't want to see you here. All the time I kept my patience tryied to stay calm since both of us are Iranian just I told him to be Ashamed of such a disrespectful behavior. I don't know why Mazda doesn't care about ghis behavior toward customers. More
Not completely satisfied. I don’t expect to leave my car overnight was using my car to drive around town.
