It was a very smooth process without much hassle. The test drive was very helpful and I appreciated the independence (the agent didn’t need to sit inside while I drove during the test drive). Need better communication between service department and sales department. Story: my first service was supposed to be free as promised by sales agent, but it took me 2 visits only to find out that it was no sales department. Story: my first service was supposed to be free as promised by sales agent, but it took me 2 visits only to find out that it was not the case. I cancelled my first appointment and reached out to the sales agent where I was then promised the free service had been noted on the system for my next visit. I went in for my second visit only to find out that it was not the case either. The agent from service department said he would approach the sales agent to sort things out for me while the car is being serviced. After the service, the agent approached me with a receipt; not sure if he approached the sales agent or not but I had the feeling that no effort was put into it. I paid regardless, but when I was requested to do a survey and give a full rating, in frustration, I decided to file a complaint, which then prompted the agent to initiate the move to sort things out with the sales agent. All I was told was somehow the free service note was not picked up by the service department system as explanation, and I was then promised a reimbursement in the form of cheque which I will receive by mail in who knows when. Just want to say I have spent more time at the dealership that I need to. The car service was good and the service report was detailed with all my concerns being looked at and addressed. However, the post sales customer service is a bit lacking in my very honest experience. More
