The sales people were helpful, went over prices of installing tires before they began work. They were honest and did not do a wheel alignment when it was not needed (honesty much appreciated) and were installing tires before they began work. My husband was so impressed with prices and services he is going back today to order tires for his corvette rather than dealing with GM. One thing I would of appreciated is having my car washed and vacuumed although it did not need it, the service would of been nice if offered. I spend close to $2000.00 on parts and having my tires done so it would of been a nice complimentary service. I mentioned it and they gladly washed my car. More

Easy access, full transparency, honest, excellent service, well-explained, clean facility. I was able to book for my car’s regular service quickly and easily. Check in process was a breeze. They explained what was going to be done in the appointment, what was due and recommended and an estimate of cost and time was given. The customer lobby is clean and bright, lots of roomy chairs distanced from each other, a variety of complimentary coffee and tea were available and a snack vending machine is there as well. For entertainment, a large tv was on for viewing pleasure, complimentary free wifi available for customers to use and there were sockets available to plug in our devices. When the service was done, they thoroughly explained what was completed. I was pleased to know that a certain additional service that I consented to have done if needed wasn’t done because the technicians confirmed it wasn’t needed yet. That’s honesty right there. I inquired about tires and they printed out full quotes comparing 4 different tires they have. They explained all in detail. Signature Mazda in Richmond is the best. They take great care of my car like it’s their own baby… with finesse and care. More
