You shouldn't force your clients to answer this evalutions just to justify somebody in headoffice is receiving a salary. If we the customer do not want to waist our time then it should not influenc evalutions just to justify somebody in headoffice is receiving a salary. Who ever has the depiction to keep going with this program should understand how annoying is to answer this each time we deal with somebody at the dealership. I will not recommend Mazda not because their cars but because their treatment to customers received by programs like these one. More
