You always get the best service when you purchase a car from the dealership, but you will soon notice that you obviously get the worst service for car servicing. Service is garbage. Taran, the service adviser, promises a call back and he never does. I have to call him only receive excuses. They did replace my headlight under warranty after 2 tries, but overall, a waste of time and very bad experience. My bumper to bumper warranty was to expire in about a month and a half at the time when I told him about the noise issue in the steering wheel, condensation inside the back glass, and a squealing exhaust rattle and to check the power window mechanisms being noisy. All came back as no issue found as per the tech. No paper trail either, besides the back glass as NFF. So, I still have an audible squeal in the exhaust, an audible noise in the steering wheel, condensation in the back glass and a noisy power window. As of Feb 28, 2016 the Bumper to Bumper warranty is now up. Thanks for wasting my time and killing off the warranty, Taran. And for some reason I thought the service department had turned around. I should of taken this car to Midway Mazda from the get go for these issues. Shame on me for putting my trust back in to the service department and not heeding advice of others to go elsewhere. Never again going back to the dealership. I hope Blair or the Service Manager reads this to maybe persuade me back. On the bright side, Carrie was pleasant and tried to help me as much as she can. Also, Mazda Canada customer service is garbage and/or useless. I made a mistake buying this car to begin with. Should of stuck with Volkswagen or even Hyundai. I wish I can take this car to Open Road Hyundai for service. Miles ahead compared to Signature. I wonder what that tells you..... More
