Which did not happen. Issue found. Service Tech called and told me the issue with the cost of repair. Luckily it was just a replacement of a gas cap. I was extremely happy with the service, the price as it was as quoted, and with the sparkling clean car I picked up at the end of what could have been a very costly day. More

He answered my numerous emails and texts while we were waiting for our new car to arrive from Japan. Donald ensured all our extra accessories where installed and was very helpful with showing us the main features of the car upon pickup. We didn't have a car and we were going to take public transit to the Automall, but Donald insisted we take a taxi and he took care of the tab. Donald's customer service is above and beyond! Christopher Collins was very knowledgeable with informing us on all the protection plans available and which ones were the best for the money. Even though we didn't purchase a plan, there was no pressure and he wanted to provide the best protection for new investment. A very friendly guy! Our new 2017 CX-5 GT is great! Such a stylish, sporty, and luxurious ride in a sea of bland family SUV's. Growing up can be stylish too. :) More
