Very patient and kind experience from Stacy and Alice Originally was talking to alice Lee who at the same time happened to be out of office. I was inquiring for a pre owned CX5 and she was very very helpf Originally was talking to alice Lee who at the same time happened to be out of office. I was inquiring for a pre owned CX5 and she was very very helpful considering she was out of office. She told me that she has already informed her team about my arrival on my said date and time and she said that Kelly will be the one to help. I arrived at the dealership at my appointment time with Kelly at 2:30. I was waiting for 45minutes for Kelly because Kelly was who Alice told me to look for when I arrive the dealership. It turned out Kelly was with another customer so Stacy was the one who approached me after following up with the reception lady the 2nd time after waiting for 30mins. I commend Stacy for helping me throughout the whole entire process of me being able to get my desired CX5. I commend her for smile, positive attitude, attentiveness, and patience. I would only like to commend Stacy and Alice for being so helpful with all my needs and wants. Thought I would like to comment on Kelly as she didn’t apologize at all nor even checked on me. A very pleasant morning at signature Mazda My service appointment ran smoothly yesterday morning. I arrived at 9am. I was home by 1pm. NO HELP> NO DEAL! I recently took a day off to look for a new vehicle for my family and after visiting other dealerships at the Richmond auto mall i stopped into the si I recently took a day off to look for a new vehicle for my family and after visiting other dealerships at the Richmond auto mall i stopped into the signature mazda dealership. I was so surprised that upon entering the dealership, there seemed to be plenty of sales personal, yet for the entire time that I was looking around, no one came to ask if they could help or assist me. Anyhow, despite being very interested I found myself going from, seriously considering purchasing a mazda for my own, to not even considering it an option. I felt so neglected and unwelcome there. They basically ignored me the entire time I was there even AFTER I REQUESTED ASSISTANCE!!!! (NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME) Fortunately, being at the automall, I was able to go to the next dealership where I felt valued and respected. I was able to purchase a vehicle that day, Just NOT A MAZDA.
