CX-9 Annual Service in a Rush I received an email reminder that my CX-9 was due for an Annual Service. The email explained the services to be performed as well the cost and time re I received an email reminder that my CX-9 was due for an Annual Service. The email explained the services to be performed as well the cost and time required. I booked an appointment by email. When I arrived at the dealership I was in the middle of a very busy day and asked the Service Rep (Sean) if there was any way my service could be hurried somehow (acknowledging that I was completely aware of required hours). Sean commiserated with my tight schedule and said that he would do whatever he could to hurry the service. When the service was complete (30+ minutes earlier than the standard time for that service) Sean explained that he had actually asked two Service people to perform the work. I thanked him for his efforts on my behalf but just then I received an urgent call that I needed to take. I spent the next 30 minutes on the phone in the Service Waiting Area, while Sean (who had clearly made a significant effort to hurry along my service) watched from the Service Desk. When my call was complete I apologized to Sean and reiterated how much I appreciated his efforts. Sean was completely gracious and explained that he understood how these things can happen. I was very impressed with both his professionalism and good humour. More

I went on vacation for two weeks the day after coming into Mazda and didn’t test my car until I got back where I noticed the steering wheel shaking at high speeds. I knew it was the alignment and brought it back. Within 30 mins David got my car in and fixed and it’s running fine now. More

Personalized customer service I was in for my routine scheduled service as I have been since buying my vehicle here six years ago. As always I found the explanations about the var I was in for my routine scheduled service as I have been since buying my vehicle here six years ago. As always I found the explanations about the various services clear and helpful. When my service went over the predicted time the staff was very apologetic, gave a clear explanation about the understandable reasons things ran late. Since I then couldn't stay long enough to have the wash and vacuum done they were quick to compensate me with a voucher for a Richmond carwash. More
