I have brought my vehicle for maintenance at this dealership for years. However, my last experience was a big disappointment. I was got a quote for the service when I check the vehicle in in the morn dealership for years. However, my last experience was a big disappointment. I was got a quote for the service when I check the vehicle in in the morning. I came to pick it up after 5pm and the services department was already closed. A sales manager came to help me out and showed me an invoice much higher than what I have agreed upon. They said they did services in my car without getting my consent to do so. Once I expressed that I wouldn’t pay for it, they said they wouldn’t release my vehicle without full payment. Unfortunately there was no manager there to discuss the matter. I asked them to call me next day to discuss but they didn’t bother. I do not recommend shaddy business practices and I will not return to this dealership. More

Waited over 7 months to hear back from dealership regarding new engine, no responses from emails. Only when cars salts out I. Highway when doing 100 km per hour does the dealership become helpful.
