Very disappointed. Took my vehicle in May 22 seer I’ve Sept fort got to order the part Inhad to call and did 3 times went to voicemail no one returned my call so I FIBA Took my vehicle in May 22 seer I’ve Sept fort got to order the part Inhad to call and did 3 times went to voicemail no one returned my call so I FIBALLY git hold of service mgr who preceded to tell they forgot to order the part. Booked an appt for Monday June 30 told me it would be 2 hrs …… 6-1/2 hrs later it was ready. AGAIN 8i called no one answered went to voicemail no one got back to me. Called Sales dept and asked to speak to service mgr whom I got i someone who told me me my vehicle would be ready at 4. I needed my vehicle and had to take my husbands because we still hadn’t heard back. Finally got a text at 450 and service closes at 5. You need to grt better customer service so bad. I think next time I’ll go to where I purchased it to northstar Hyundai. So brutal this is the second time this has happened. Such poor service!!!!!!! More
