In particular, Armin Scheewe took the time to answer all of our questions, and even spent 40 minutes playing with our children while we met with Doug Trieu to take care of the financing paperwork. Douglas McDade also was terrific with our children, making sure that they were enjoying the experience. Our children also had a great time in the play park located in the showroom. More

Worst car buying experience ever. A very good reason not to give car sales people your phone number. I was contacted by an Internet sales person that they had a certain vehicle for a A very good reason not to give car sales people your phone number. I was contacted by an Internet sales person that they had a certain vehicle for a certain price all in for the price range I was looking for , to come on down to the dealership. We went to look at the vehicle took it for a drive , the sales person then insist we take it home overnight. We come back the next day with a cheque from the bank to buy the vehicle , now being told we can't sell it to you for that price we need $2000 more than the agreed price, like really. This being told to myself by another sales manager, while the Internet sales manager sat in a corner cubical doing nothing, as well as making sure I got my $100 deposit to kill the deal. I did call the manager of the dealership. And told him what had happened , which I was then passed on to another manager for an explanation on why I did not get the vehicle as quoted. This dealership sounds like it has to many chiefs and not enough Indians , neither of them know what they are doing. Reading other reviews I see they have previous practice doing this. Buyer beware of sneaky sales tactics, they do not know how to treat customers, all they want is your money. Chalk it up to another bad experience at a sherwood park dealership buying a vehicle. More
