Hi there thanks for taking the time to write your review, I am sorry you feel your undercoat protection coverage wasn't what you felt it should be. Had you been able to locate your paper work in regards to your protection package, or contacted the dealership to get a duplicate, it does state in there that every 2 years there is a re inspection done to your Santa fe to ensure the under coating is doing its job and your Santa fe is protected, there is no "reapplication" of the undercoat done every 2 years unless deemed upon inspection that it requires it. You still would have had the life time warranty coverage that comes with the program as you had the inspection done. When you traded your Santa Fe in somewhere else of course they are going to want to give you as little as possible, so if they devalued your trade based upon undercoat that's quite unfortunate. I am sorry you felt you were "ripped off" but I would encourage you to take sometime and read what others are saying on dealer rater in regards to their experience, as we did receive a Dealer Rater award for 2015 for Customer Satisfaction and take a lot of pride in that. Should there be anything I can do, to address your concern's any further or if you require anymore clarity on what paint and undercoating protection details don't hesitate to reach out.
