Not a great experience. I brought my car in for some noise coming from the front passenger side. I keep my car VERY clean. I was told that with the service needed, I would al I brought my car in for some noise coming from the front passenger side. I keep my car VERY clean. I was told that with the service needed, I would also get a car wash. I was given a loaner (which I appreciate) but the loaner was so filthy, inside and out. I didn't want to sit in it. The inside was so dirty. There looked to be mud forced through the holes in the seats and the rest was filthy. I don't expect a brand new car, but I also don't think I should feel dirty driving in it. The windshield was smashed and there was damage to the front end. It had also obviously been smoked in. When my child got in it, he said this is disgusting. So the service department called within an hour and a half (which was surprisingly quick) and said the car had been repaired and was ready for pick up. I was told it had been take for 2 test drives. 1 to diagnose the problem and one to confirm the repair was corrected. When I went to pick it up, no car wash had been performed. Not that it needed it, but when you say its included in the cost, please do it. More
They make tou pay for them to look at your car for damage a. I bought a couple of vehicles there so I would think they will have some sort of gratitude for me trusting them with my business. So I brought my car for them to check a damage in the door caused by an attempted breakin, called the service department prior so I know what to expect, the guy i spoke with on the phone said it wouldn’t take long to look at it, i would just have to drive through the service bay and the assessment will be done in no time. So we went, this woman in the service department tells us we would have to wait a couple of hours to get it assessed by a technician so i booked an appointment for another day as I didn’t have a couple hours to spare. Second time i went there they were gonna charge me $77 to get the assessment done because it wasnt a warranty issue.. offered to cut the fee in half when i said no. But why would i pay fore something that’s offered free elsewhere? And to think they would show us good will because we bought 2 cars there is completely wrong. They have no loyalty to the customer that are loyal to them. More

Client expectations were definitely not met and the overall experience was far from enjoyable. More

Not so good trade in experience I bought a Santa Fe from this dealership from a trade in. I was speaking with Cory about a deal and he was very friendly. Then I was passed on to Dave I bought a Santa Fe from this dealership from a trade in. I was speaking with Cory about a deal and he was very friendly. Then I was passed on to Dave without actually knowing to get the specifics down. I have on text message the amount of my previous vehicle buyout so with that they told me my new payment. Except when I went to the dealership the payment had changed because they wrote the wrong buyout amount even though they have the proof over text. So my payment went up. Finance told me he would try and get me some free oil changes because Of the mess up. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Nor have I got a call to see how I was liking the Santa Fe which they also told me they would do the week after I left with it. More

Accommodated for service without scheduled appointment. Was out of town and could not schedule an appointment for service due to mileage.stopped by Saturday morning, Was accommodated in a timely fashion.
