Recently my wife and I went to Shrwood Park Hyundai to buy a new Palisade. We looked at the vehicle, decided on the options and agreed to a price with the our sales person Kris Richards. At this point ev buy a new Palisade. We looked at the vehicle, decided on the options and agreed to a price with the our sales person Kris Richards. At this point everything was going well and we were happy. The finance manager Brad then came over and wanted to play a game. He wrote down the price that had been agreed on and then wrote down another line underneath with profit beside it, and asked how much profit the dealership should make on the deal. It was an awkward and uncomfortable situation when you've already agreed to a price with the salesperson. I wrote down $0 as the price had already been agreed to, at that point Brad and Kris walked away. When our salesperson Kris returned he told me they changed the $0 to $100. After waiting for finance for thirty minutes my wife and I left. Terrible experience. We went in with every intention of purchasing a new vehicle and left without buying one. Sherwood Park Hyundai lost a sale over bad sales tactics and $100. I wouldn't recommend purchasing there, More

After yesterday, I am disappointed in this dealerships/service department. I had my bf take my vehiclefor an oil change that was scheduled for 2:45 and he didn’t leave until 4:30. There was no dealerships/service department. I had my bf take my vehiclefor an oil change that was scheduled for 2:45 and he didn’t leave until 4:30. There was no discount or deal offered for wasting his time that was needed to run other errands. I have taken my vehicle here since October and they never once told me or wrote down that a bulb was burnt out (even though they supposedly check all the lights) and recently we noticed one was burnt out and wanted it changed. The cost was outrageous so we opted out (more than the oil change itself). It’s safe to say I’ll be going to other places for oil changes now. Best of luck to your dealership. More
