Buying Experience I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Sherwood Dodge. Due to the nature of my job I replace them every 2-3 years. The reason I chose this dealership is I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Sherwood Dodge. Due to the nature of my job I replace them every 2-3 years. The reason I chose this dealership is for the one to one connection with the Sales Rep. Keith Bedard has been the most pleasant helpful person I have ever met. He realizes your needs and makes it work without over selling you. His commitment to me has been unreal, so much so that my spouse is also on her 2nd vehicle from Sherwood Dodge. If I could give negative stars, I would We recently had to bring our dodge caravan in for some warranty work. We were told it should take a few days. It took a week, and we only got it back We recently had to bring our dodge caravan in for some warranty work. We were told it should take a few days. It took a week, and we only got it back after a week because I called every hour to get an update from the service manager, after they had it for 6 days! Upon getting it back, oil was leaking and spraying out because of a poorly installed gasket and poor seal! Not to mention the broken bolt on the oil Pan! We now have to bring it back for more work, they are unable to tell us how long it will take to fix this, and also will not cover a rental vehicle for us. Even though it was their fault. Very disappointed in this horrible "service" or lack thereof. If this wasn't warranty work, this would be the last place I would go to get my vehicle fixed! Be warned! More
