20 out of 10 I have been to other Dodge dealerships and have experienced either "the run around" or multiple (3+) visits for the same issue. From both Sales to ser I have been to other Dodge dealerships and have experienced either "the run around" or multiple (3+) visits for the same issue. From both Sales to service, sherwood Dodge has never let me down. I ask a question, it is answered. I have an issue, it is resolved the first time. If not, then more visits are explained from the beginning. More

Great Customer Service Recently, we purchased our second vehicle from Sherwood Park Dodge. Both times, Our Sales Person was Brad McDonald. In all my years of purchasing ve Recently, we purchased our second vehicle from Sherwood Park Dodge. Both times, Our Sales Person was Brad McDonald. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, i have never had the kind of customer serivce that Brad provided. it was the ultimate experience. He was knowledgable, gave us a gift card and contributed to the purchase of rain gaurds for our vehicle. It was most impressive when he did a follow up call 2 weeks later to ensure that we happy with our purchase and to contact him for anything at all should be have any questions or problems. His personality is definintly most suited for his job description and from my experience, he is the best at it. Well done Brad. See you again when we are ready for a trade in. More
