Great service provided to a new customer I attended Sherwood Dodge for my first oil change after purchasing a Jeep from the dealership in December. All the staff from my purchase were stil I attended Sherwood Dodge for my first oil change after purchasing a Jeep from the dealership in December. All the staff from my purchase were still there and remembered me by name. Service with advisor Ayla was booked in quickly, without appointment. I was constantly advised of the status of my service and it was completed very promptly. Upon a purchase at the parts counter I was helped quickly and when there was a problem with a part number, the VP of Operations even stepped in to help. I would not hesitate to return to Sherwood Dodge. More

Poor service Salesman was great but once it left his hands and went to financing we couldn't get a call back. Bought a ram from them before and it was great, other Salesman was great but once it left his hands and went to financing we couldn't get a call back. This time I wouldn't recommend anyone go here, if I had to recommend a place to go it would be southtown at least there phones work. More

Excellent Great service, very friendly and accommodating. Sales people are not pushy or try to pressure you but are still in sales so do use some "sales" talk. They are very knowledgeable and will work with you. No deal is ever done until you are totally satisfied. Have already recommended people looking for a new vehicle to see Brad at Sherwood Dodge! Financing was a breeze with people who really know their stuff! And if not, they know who to ask to get it right!!! More
