Gayle and Ethel have also been wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I honestly believe that Wayne Focht has had a lot to do ---I keeping the integrity, honestly and sincere business attitude in such high standards and quality that I encounter every time i go in to have some work done on my Vehicles. For this reason I won't go to any other Dealership for buy or repairing my Vehicles. The customer service is excellent; Shawna is friendly, kind, funny, and an all-around pleasant person. Unfortunately, the mechanics themselves dropped the ball, returning my car before it was even fixed, kind, funny, and an all-around pleasant person.
