Over Due Thanks This Thank You is long overdue. I have been dealing with Nicholson off and on since 1979 and when my 2008 Saturn needed work I was pleasantly greeted This Thank You is long overdue. I have been dealing with Nicholson off and on since 1979 and when my 2008 Saturn needed work I was pleasantly greeted by Shawna Bilozyr. That first encounter has now made me a loyal customer and one who is willing to share my experiences with my friends. Over these last six years I always seek out Shawna if I have questions or concerns with my vehicle. I am always amazed with Shawna’s customer service which always goes above and beyond….. I believe she is a great asset to the Chevrolet Dealer. Not only is Shawna appreciated, I have been treated great by all the staff at the Chevrolet Dealership. Thanks from a very loyal customer. Always a positive experience! I purposely always ask for Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek when I have questions about my 2011 Impala I bought last fall from them, and before that when they wer I purposely always ask for Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek when I have questions about my 2011 Impala I bought last fall from them, and before that when they were Nickledome on Argyll Road with my previous Aveo, and she has always competently, and quickly provided answers --- and SOLUTIONS to any issues I am concerned about. One way or another she always goes above and beyond any requests. I have tried to talk to other service staff, but I always end up asking Shawna instead, because I know she deals with clients with integrity and respect. And that is a very important value these days since people are very self-serving. It seems ridiculous to have to remind management what a great asset she is to their company -- but it doesn't surprise me, the people who make the company successful are often forgotten. Remember this sales and management -- your commission may be on the sale, but its the service that brings back repeat customers, because they want a product they can depend on -- and know that they have the support when they need it. I have had nothing but the utmost and wonderful dealings with Shawna Bilozyr, Sandra, Roy Popowich, and all the other service employees and Technicians. Gayle and Ethel have also been wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I honestly believe that Wayne Focht has had a lot to do ---I keeping the integrity, honestly and sincere business attitude in such high standards and quality that I encounter every time i go in to have some work done on my Vehicles. For this reason I won't go to any other Dealership for buy or repairing my Vehicles. You should be extremely proud and happy that---- you have such high quality people and that their standards and commitment to helping people with their vehicle problems--- is just something I really appreciate and commend them for. I know when you have a vehicle repaired it can get expensive but I find dealing with Shelia Wilson makes this experience a whole lot easier to deal with. The customer service is excellent; Shawna is friendly, kind, funny, and an all-around pleasant person. Unfortunately, the mechanics themselves dropped the ball, returning my car before it was even fixed, kind, funny, and an all-around pleasant person. Through it all, Shawna continued to keep me updated and remained understanding, compassionate, and extremely helpful. I have a habit of bringing her coffee and Timbits whenever I visit, and will continue this tradition because she deserves it. Service of this quality is hard to find, and should be cherished when it is found. More
