Saved the wekend My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able t My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. My truck was repaired quickly, the service adviser was kind and always gave a update, all in all a great experience. More

I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop losing my summer tires after putting on new winter tires, and trying to manipulate me into buying new ones. Shawna went above and beyond to help me by providing documentation and information which ultimately resulted in resolution of my problem.
