She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. My truck was repaired quickly, the service adviser was kind and always gave a update, all in all a great experience. More

I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop l I have had my 2012 GMC Acadia serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet exclusively since buying it. I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop losing my summer tires after putting on new winter tires, and trying to manipulate me into buying new ones. Shawna went above and beyond to help me by providing documentation and information which ultimately resulted in resolution of my problem. I have nothing but positive experiences to report about the service staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet. I found this to be awesome as she didn't have to do that and I don't remember anyone else ever doing that. It feels like she genuinely cares about her customers!
