Sherwood Park Chevrolet - Service Centre

Charged for work that was warranty I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lin I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lines that were also leaking, and that none of the hoses were covered under warranty. My truck was repaired and later I discovered the power steering hoses should've been covered under warranty. I called and explained the situation and was told they would reimburse me in the mail. It has been over a month and have received nothing. I will never go back to Sherwood park Chevrolet except for oil changes in their quick lube as that is the only good thing at this dealership. There is never any parking there either More

I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though. It wasn't relaxing. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to deal with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (Nicholson's to us). My neighbour across the street purchased from you after we talked to them. More
