I booked an appointment with Shawna - she explained everything clearly - much more so than the letters. Shawna told me about another recall / or campaign that I did not have a letter for and she offered to take care of that at the same time. When my vehicle was done, Shawna called me to let me know. When I came to pick it up - it was shining from a FRESH (courtesy) WASH!!!!! All in all my Equinox had a FABULOUS day with Shawna at the Sherwood Park Chevrolet SPA! Charged for work that was warranty I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lin I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lines that were also leaking, and that none of the hoses were covered under warranty. My truck was repaired and later I discovered the power steering hoses should've been covered under warranty. I called and explained the situation and was told they would reimburse me in the mail. It has been over a month and have received nothing. I will never go back to Sherwood park Chevrolet except for oil changes in their quick lube as that is the only good thing at this dealership. There is never any parking there either More
