SP Chev appears to keep excellent maintenance records on my vehicle, making it easy to keep the preventative maintenance schedule up to date. The service adviser Rob Perras was excellent in keeping me informed on the progress. All in all, the service technicians and service adviser all were great. More

Very Poor Customer Service I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received an email letting me know they received my request and would contact me shortly. I then never heard back form them even though I had tried to contact them for an update. I was then forced to go to another dealership even though this was the dealership closes to my home. Wayne Focht and Sandra Scarth are the most helpful and courteous people you can meet and use for Service. They will bend over backwards to ensure that the service and needs are meet. These people at Sherwood Park Chevrolet are the best at what they do most often ---- Making your visit as painless and helpful as they can. The Service representatives and the Technicians are the best I have ever seen and used. They don't try and sell you repairs that aren't absolutely necessary. The are blunt and to the point. I love that. Not trying to push excess repairs that are not required. I would not hesitate for, one second, in recommending this dealership and all the employees to anyone and everyone that was looking for a vehicle to buy or use the Service Department. These people are the best/finest that I have ever encountered and used. Excellent Service I've been to many dealerships and this is the only one that really cared about the customers. They are not about how much money they can make off you I've been to many dealerships and this is the only one that really cared about the customers. They are not about how much money they can make off you but rather how they can help and make sure that only required repairs are done. The service right from the beginning was excellent and I was well informed of what needs to be done. Shawna made sure that my car was looked at right away even though I didn't have an appointment. As soon as the car was ready they came and picked me up to take me to the shop.
