I buy a new vehicle every 3 years and it is time to buy my wife a new one but not here. So the moral of the story if a salesperson promises you something get it in writing. Lesson learned. Having said that the service person was great she try to get something but the service manager said no. He is the one that cost your dealership further sales to me and our family. Workmanship is great and will use them for warranty work. Thanks More

Hummers and Corvettes I have had work / services done on 2 different Corvettes and 2 Hummers here in the last year. One Hummer being an H1 which is a different animal to work on. Rob introduced my to Wayne who took the time to discuss my needs and assured me they had the resources to look after all my vehicles. With the Hummers and the Corvettes the service was top notch. The clearly experienced Technician assigned to my H1 sorted out all the issues the Hummer dealer could not. It was clear by talking to him he enjoyed the challenge and his attitude was very positive. The corvettes are very professionally serviced and it is clear they completely understand dry sump oil changes. All of this despite none of the vehicles being purchased at this dealership. Pretty clear...I will be buying the next new Corvette here. More

More Service than I expected! I was advised by the dealership on a good deal for the new windshield I'd been waiting to replace. While I had it in for that, they did an oil change I was advised by the dealership on a good deal for the new windshield I'd been waiting to replace. While I had it in for that, they did an oil change and winter service and looked at a couple other issues I'd noticed. Truck was fixed the same day and everyone ~ Through the Service Adviser, the Shuttle Driver, a quick confirmation call from Shop Foreman Cory Robinson, to the Cashier, all were cheerful, helpful and the end cost was below what I expected. They even washed the truck which was awesome. Great service, costs and overall experience. Thanks! More

Going back to Lakewood Chev Part 2 Went back to Sherwood Chevrolet for my complimentary oil change received for the poor service on my first experience. I was waiting in line when one of Lube Bay employees came out after 45 mins after waiting. Asked him how's his day was going, did not get response and he stated this place is under new management and was asked to come out and say Hello. Got the service completed and noticed that there was no reminder sticker and also the oil life was not reset (happened the first time I was there). Had to go back into the Lube Bay and ask one of the employees to complete this. He said he totally forgot and completed it.
