Excellent ,professional, courteous service We were looking at a newer truck and contacted Sherwood Chevy on line. We met with Logan a couple of days later and butta boom- butta bing we were driving home in a 2015 Silverado. Logan had made the process so quick, so simple, treated us as people and not only customers he most certainly enjoys his job and does it very well. Logan gave me the full tour of the facility, service ,parts, introduced to other members of the Sherwood Park Chevrolet family. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Jordon and Liane which again top notch people. 60th anniversary corvette purchase I stopped in to buy some parts for my Cadillac XLR-V. Dealing with Richard was a real treat, having an XLR-V is no fun when you need parts(they I stopped in to buy some parts for my Cadillac XLR-V. Dealing with Richard was a real treat, having an XLR-V is no fun when you need parts(they are a special order type car now) that being said mine was in a collision and I needed lots of parts (some I did not even have) so Richard had to work extra helping myself and Forrest from Ultimate Auto to get everything done. Which turned out great for all of us. Being in the dealership buying parts caused the next thing to take place: Upon doing that I met both the white with silver stripe corvette Rag top and Jim the same day. I spoke with Jim for 20 minutes on Corvettes and also the Callaway trucks in the yard. I had seen the 60th anniversary car Ron Pratt bought at Barrett Jackson so I was already in Love with the car. Jim is one of the least pushy salesmen I have ever met (that keeps his job). We spoke a few times about the Callaway upgrade on the 427 car. After a few chats back and forth I gave Jim a cash number I would pay for one of those cars he said he would go to work on it (these cars were starting to sell out) and then called me back to make a deal. The deal took 15 minutes and I was an owner. Since then I have ran into Jim at Costco and few other places in the area and always had a good chat about things and have kept a open line of communication since. I did stop by the dealership with a buddy of mine Randy Brown from Red Deer whom also purchased a corvette from Jim. We were looking at the new Z-06 cars that Sherwood had shipped in the dealership. It sure is nice for folks around here to have a place like Sherwood Chev that brings in muscle cars of our era to sell to the local folks. Kind of like a Yenko of Edmonton for our generation. You also need people who can talk about these cars and not be always trying to push you into buying something every time you stop in. I could see myself getting a Z-06 rag top in the next two years and would for sure sit down with Jim to see if we could get it done. I know my buddy Randy would like to do the same as we are both Vette guys (we just have to wait for the next oil boom). Jim is kind of guy you might consider a friend. When we started the process of buying the anniversary car I was actively looking in the US as I had purchased a truck in 08 from Montana and had good luck with it. I had made it clear I was looking to consider that at no time did Jim suggest that was wrong he simply put out the risks involved with that and continued doing his part to make something happen for us in Canada. Like a professional would rather than being put off with the idea of me considering that. All in all the deal was good Jim was on the job making this happen. I have sent every person I could his way to buy any Chev products since. More

Made It Easy And Quick I may be a little biased when it comes to writing a review for Sherwood Park Cheverolet. But here goes. There are a couple guys who work there that ar I may be a little biased when it comes to writing a review for Sherwood Park Cheverolet. But here goes. There are a couple guys who work there that are form my hometown. And those are the kind of guys anyone would want their daughters to marry. Straight up, good all around guys. I knew what I wanted before I stepped foot in the dealership. This is my 4th new vehicle purchase and was the quickest process of all. Not only did Logan and Erik give me the best deal possible, they made sure it was what I wanted and that I was happy with the truck. One thing that will bring me back and recommend this dealership to friends and family is the welcoming feeling you get when you walk through their door. Too many dealerships are intimidating and overwhelming with an army of salespeople swarming you at every angle. While I was waiting for paperwork to be processed I was approached by a few salespeople just wanting to chat and made sure I was taken care of. Not trying to steal a sale from a co-worker or up selling of any sort. That being said. It all comes form the top.
