Hello, The 2008 SRX was indeed on for sale, but unfortunately we realized shortly after inviting you to the store that it was purchased by one of our salesman, Dino Subasic, for his younger brother. We had every intention of selling this vehicle at a discounted price due to the last minute circumstances, but unfortunately the salesman had already made a commitment with one of our sales managers and we had to honour it. The reason it was still displayed on our website (which it has since been removed) is due to the higher than normal volume that month. We were behind processing the deals and therefore the website had not been updated. I ensure you, no "tricks" were used and we apologize if that is how it was portrayed. We apologize that things did not work out and that you did not receive the service that we both know you deserve. We would still love the opportunity to rectify things and make things right by helping you find a vehicle that fits your needs, lifestyle and budget or at the very least, offer you some advice that could help you in your shopping journey - no pressure, no strings attached. We are a store that prides itself on its Customer Service and the fact that we have not been able to rectify things is eating us up.
