Hi Jason, I appreciate and respect your decision not wanting to discuss this matter any further. However, a negative review such as this effects many more people than just the couple of individuals you had met, and if you look at the other reviews on Dealer Rater you can see how much the majority of our team prides ourselves in the level of customer service we provide. Experience has taught me that everyone makes mistakes or has an off day, but our best customers come from how we deal with situations like this. I hope I have demonstrated to you that I would like to have an opportunity to change your opinion of our store but if you are unwilling to discuss this matter in person I kindly ask that you reconsider posting this review as it effects the many who care a lot more that those few individuals that don't. The experience was over the course of 2 days and multiple meetings and phone calls. There is nothing to deal with as far as I'm concerned. It happened. I would like to make other people aware, as well as your salesman, of how their actions impacted a client. How they affect your dealership image was your choice when they were hired/trained. You cant just change a bad experience to a good one after the fact by asking politely. Or an honest review for that matter. I dealt with two other dealerships that made it a much better experience from the start and one that eventually earned my sale through friendly service and the lowest price i could find anywhere. I had an extremely frustrating and fuel wasting day because of this experience and even though im not typically a negative review posting person, I was compelled to write this one out. Even after a month of trying to forget about it and move on.
