Hello, I hope not to be a bother, however I was able to speak with Danny Greenbank on this matter and he unfortunately does not recall the details of this negotiation as they have been laid out. Could you be so kind as to give me any sort of dates that you had dealt with our store & is it at all possible that it could have been another employee? We had at the end of February another Danny that worked here for a brief period of time... I do not wish to make this difficult on you for taking the time out of your day to give feedback, but again customer service is just so important to us here ant Sherwood Park Chevrolet that I want to ensure things like this do not happen again, and the people responsible are aware of how their individual actions affect the reputation of my store as a whole.
