WORST EVER I have never had a worst experience at a dealership, you people need a truckload of improvement I was there the other day because I am looking to pur I have never had a worst experience at a dealership, you people need a truckload of improvement I was there the other day because I am looking to purchase a New Corvette. What a JOKE First of all showroom Corvette has a dead battery ( Young boy Salesman does not offer to get a charger) Even most crappy dealers will do that. So then I say I am interested in one that is outside ( Doors are locked ,OK he does not say let me get the keys instead he says look through the window ( this car is also dirty) Now you tell me why on EARTH would I shop here (Answer) I WONT I have since done some research on dealerships and pretty sure any other dealership will be better than this one. Now I must admit we are a bit spoiled with our car dealer choices , but if ever decide you want to see a professional dealership take a trip to Lexus South Point Now these guys know what they are doing ( which is why I keep going back) You need to really up your game and it makes me so sad because I live in Sherwood Park But I would never buy here PERIOD More

Despite that my service requests are sometimes unique from m I consider myself lucky to be served by Shawna, Jay and Cory at Sherwood Park Chevrolet! Despite that my service requests are sometimes unique from most cars/owners, they always go above and beyond to accommodate. They also take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and do whatever they can to fit me in for appointments on occasions when I'm only able to give short notice. Thank you! More
