Have been taking my truck, Silverado 1500, to the quick lube drive through since I purchased it new from this dealership in Feb 2021. Unprofessional and misleading: this was the worst experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was in experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was interested in upgrading my vehicle for the same truck as I do a lot of highway driving for work and travelling with my family. I was interested in a trail boss that they got ahold of but I was offered a better deal at a Calgary dealership, which Sherwood park was aware of as I was still shopping. Sherwood park refuses to refund my “100%” refundable 500$ deposit, despite having no deal deal signed with them. They claim they ran our credit and had a bank approval for financing. However, I have a fraud alert in place with my credit and I was not notified as I would usually be. Thus, my credit was not checked nor were we pre approved as they were claiming. Josh Gallinger and Harrison Blayney have been completely unprofessional and misleading throughout our whole time interacting with them. I am embarrassed we purchased our first trail boss with this dealership, a month ago. I would strongly discourage my loved ones or anyone from purchasing any type of vehicle from Sherwood Chevrolet.
