Dark essential was added into truck and the service department was terrible at communicating to me how long it would take. Then they couldn’t decide if this was a service call or a sales issue. 5 hours department was terrible at communicating to me how long it would take. Jennifer and Shawna helped address my concerns regarding our truck during the warranty installation of a heated steering wheel. The original work was done well and I was happy with the service.
